We offer our loyal customers a 365 Days Retention Guarantee to almost all of our SoundCloud promotional services.
If you, as our loyal customer, have ordered any one of the eligible 365 Days Retention Guaranteed SoundCloud services, and subsequently lose any one of our delivered Comments, Followers, Likes, or Reposts, within, and up to, 365 days after the final delivery of your order, you may be eligible, at GoSoundcloud’s discretion, for re-delivery of complementary Comment, Followers, Likes, or Reposts, equal to the amount lost.
Each of our service categories offers a different retention duration in relation to our 365 Days Retention Guarantee. For the exact details, please view the table below;

GoSoundcloud’s 365 Days Retention Guarantee will NOT be applicable if and/or when;
- The customer has ordered, or is planning to order, any other kind of third-party SoundCloud promotional service at any moment in time,
- The customer is, or was, losing Comments and/or Followers and/or Likes and/or Reposts before he or she ordered any type of service from GoSoundcloud,
- The customer sets any and/or all of their SoundCloud track(s) from public to private, thus restricting public access, during and/or after a GoSoundcloud service delivery (order),
- The customer sets their SoundCloud uploads and/or playlist(s) from public to private, thus restricting public access, during and/or after a GoSoundcloud service delivery (order),
- The customer actively blocks any one, or all, of GoSoundcloud’s, managed SoundCloud account(s) from following, and/or interacting with, him or her,
- The customer has removed any one, or all, of the Comment(s) and/or Follower(s) and/or Like(s) and/or Repost(s) that where added by any one of GoSoundcloud’s managed SoundCloud account(s).
