If you believe that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us and tell us where we went wrong.
If we see that we have indeed underdelivered on your order, we'll provide you with either a free replacement order, store credit or give you your money back. It is up to you to decide what you want.

Money Back Policy
When will your order be replaced, exchanged for store credit or refunded in full? Quite simple: when we fail to deliver your order!
Failure to us is when you order one of our services and we don't keep our promise to you.
In example; let's take a order of 12 SoundCloud Comments. This service actually contains 12 comments that will be delivered to your SoundCloud track(s) of choice and has a delivery time of 24 hours.
When we fail to deliver your order of 12 comments to your track(s) within 24 hours and ONE minute, we have failed to deliver your order and you are now eligible for either a free replacement order, store credit or your money back. It's that simple.
Failure to deliver is NOT the simple fact that you are unhappy about the comments that are made on your track. We promise you that we will deliver meaningful comments that are related to your musical genre and that add value to your track, when other SoundCloud viewers read them.
If you want, we offer you the option to submit your own comments that will be written by our users on your SoundCloud track(s). This way you know what to expect. In case when you do submit your own comments to us and we fail to use them, then, again, you are completely within your right to either claim a free replacement order, store credit or your money back, based on the terms of our Money Back Guarantee.
So to recap:
- Deliveries of your order(s) over a longer period then shown in the various services IS failure to deliver.
- Client submitted comments that were not used during the processing of your order IS failure to deliver.
- You not being happy about the comments that were made is NOT failure to deliver.
But to be honest, we have yet to receive our first grumpy email for an unhappy customer.
